To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 温野菜最近同北川半兵衛商店合作,推出期間限定,「京都宇治抹茶」為主題🍵。火鍋shabu shabu 湯底、甜品布甸、啤酒都加入抹茶作材料。感覺清新,非常特別嘅mix and match。▫️套餐嘅黑毛和牛🐄、松葉蟹腳🦀、熊本豚肉🐖,美味不在話下。我想重點介紹綠茶湯底🍵,初時見到湯底既顏色,我都有啲驚,因為從未唸過綠茶可以做火鍋湯底🍲。點知,第一啖細嚐湯汁,咸咸地,似用豬骨🐷/雞肉🐔餚湯,但味蕾漸漸滲出陣陣綠茶甘甜味,不但能夠令火鍋食品食落無咁油膩😋,而且綠茶具有抗氧化,食完覺得無咁罪惡咸,健康啲😂。▫️Overall, 市面上無shabu shabu 店用綠茶做湯底,湯底味道清新,值得一試。
