朋友請食飯,選擇於佐敦食肆林立嘅山林道。曾經係油尖旺最熱鬧嘅一條食街,如今有新大廈落成,餐廳座落於一楝叫銀座大廈嘅九樓。全楝以食肆為主,選擇非常多,朋友選擇此餐廳,因為香港少有准揚州菜,特地帶我一試,右上有半戶外大露台可以望到九龍夜景,都係賣點之一。前菜:籽田貢菜:麻油香加微辣,醒神開胃饞咀烏雞爪:烏雞爪脂肪比較少,皮爽有咬口,而且無骨易入口。湯:四季豐料老火湯,今晚老火湯係粉葛赤小豆,非常足料!見到色水就知係用料豐富,飲落順喉,比我屋企人煲嘅靚湯更濃烈!💯主菜:麻辣嗦螺,🌶️🌶️即係大排檔常見嘅花螺,偏細粒但非常鮮甜,最啱佐酒!揚州古法獅子頭,老闆極力推介!👍👍果然無介紹錯,香濃醬汁煨肉球,時間掌握得非常好,外酥內軟。而且醬汁煨得入味,印象難忘。揚州糯米燒賣,以為係平時食香港開嘅燒賣嘅尺寸,一上檯原來拳頭咁大😅大量糯米用包皮包裹,軟糯煙靭,每人兩隻剛好等於一碗飯,酒香豐腴,好滿足🫰🏻開業不久,餐廳內有大量貴賓房,暫時不設最低消費,大班人可考慮飯聚😎
