之前去日本食過的江戶前壽司🍣 一直令我念念不忘🤤 今次居然可以喺香港體驗到🥰 最近我去咗食壽司大師岩央泰(Hisayoshi Iwa)嘅銀座Ginza Iwa米芝蓮一星香港分店「鮨央泰」🌟 真係好食到顛‼️呢間餐廳係江戶前壽司界嘅代表 唔單止食得到嚴選嘅當季美味食材 仲可以深入體驗手握壽司嘅哲學😋我當日選擇咗「皇」Omakase套餐👑 $1780包括三款前菜、兩款刺身、八件手握壽司、玉子燒、味噌湯同甜品🍧套餐嘅食材都係使用當季最頂級海鮮🐟 例如有來自京都伊根嘅拖羅🤤 仲有北海道嘅海膽🤩其中一款手握壽司更加係傳統江戶前壽司嘅代表性食材海鰻🌊 正值當季嘅海鰻上抹上咗煮過帶甜味嘅醬油醬汁 入口肥美又口感鬆軟🤤 平時唔食鰻魚嘅我都覺得好好味🙈仲有另一樣哇一聲嘅係慢煮咗四個鐘嘅八爪魚🐙 口感100分 完全入哂味同埋唔怕難咀嚼 真係好味到爆😚如果你未體驗過江戶前壽司 記得bookmark呢間📍餐廳裝潢簡約雅緻🫰🏻 服務員仲會介紹每道菜嘅來源同特色👍🏻 等客人能夠全心享受每一道菜🥢
