食過好多意大利菜, 食羅馬菜都係第一次。 餐廳喺灣仔商業區, 上到去有落地大玻璃非常光猛裝修都有格調。前菜試左Ama La burata(AMA焗布拉塔乳酪)係水牛芝士連埋amatriciana sauce, 再攞去焗。 個汁係蕃茄作主調有少少辣味。Tripa Alla Trasteverina(羅馬式燉牛肚 )用香料同芝士炆嘅牛肚, 牛肚煮到好冧, 啲汁亦都唔會太膩。Maccheroni Amatriciana(AMA特製番茄醬豬頰肉通心粉)very AL dante, 同前菜水牛芝士係同一個sauce, 經理話係好傳統嘅羅馬菜。Pinsa Tratufata (羅馬式黑松露蘑菇薄餅)係pinsa唔係pizza, 佢嘅麵粉同一般pizza同, 帶有米香,同比較脆身, 松露味亦都十分之香
