To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今年羊年,媽咪那邊的楊家飯,由姨姨選址位於尖沙咀星光行東翼 2 樓的潮州菜酒樓 <潮庭>! 姨姨提早訂了一張十人桌子,我們被安排到一張面向文化中心的桌子,景觀不錯! 由於楊家是潮州人,潮州菜絕對適合大家胃口!  而今次,細表弟亦帶同女朋友出席,她即將成為這個楊家的新成員,真是可喜可賀! 而桌上則備有餐巾,餐具也整潔!衛生方面總算滿意! <潮庭> 轄屬美心集團,團隊受過培訓,侍應們服務態度良好,卻是協調方面一片混亂!  有兩次把鄰桌的食物送到我們這桌;大表弟點了一碗白飯,遲遲都未到,追了一次單又一次單,共追了三次單,結果,送完一碗又一碗!由於,炸蝦球只得五件,卻不夠十人分,點多一碟,追單一次又一次,查單才發現只落得一碟,補單後,最終甜品後才送上! 當晚由細表弟發辦點什麼潮式美食!  餐牌圖文並茂,多不勝數的選擇令人眼花撩亂!  連我也影了一部份餐牌,也無耐性再影下去!因此,部份食物未能列明價錢給大家參考,真抱歉!  依上桌次序:小黃瓜海蜇頭 $68富有嚼勁的海蜇頭,淋上香辣的醬汁,很是惹味;而清爽的黃瓜則酸香醒胃! 鹵水雙併 $
