To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

羊焢一定要食上去宜家早餐，見到有燒豬手同豬仔肶，決定晚餐去食。本來以為weekday，晚餐應該無乜人，7點去到，差不多無位啊！年輕人比較多。但一睇到餐牌有羊排，馬上改變主意，嘻嘻。羊排薯蓉（$53）-排隊睇住廚師係一大舊羊排切出來好有滿足感，一碟有三塊幾厚幾大的羊排，真系去百佳買生的都買吾到，雖然看起來沒有血，但食落吾老，“林”中帶有咬口，重好有羊“蘇”味，但亦只有真系識食羊至會喜歡；薯蓉好有牛油香味。豬仔肶蝴蝶粉（$43）-豬仔肶得一隻，比起照片上細D，肉質吾錯，汁味就麻麻，蝴蝶粉有部分未熟透，份量亦吾夠，但43蚊都系性價比高。
