To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

界限街個頭有幾間專食羊既鋪頭，今晚去試下其中一間～一打開門就有好香既羊肉味飄出嚟感覺冇去錯地方～用砂鍋熱辣辣滾住咁上～湯底係羊骨湯好香好甜，糯米粉口感又糯又煙韌羊肉片夠香嫩，識食一定食蘿蔔吸晒湯好正羊肚包肉第一次食，清湯底上，用左姜去味，唔會腥羊肚爽口羊肉軟淋♥️仲有個重口味既韮菜醬本人對韮菜麻麻冇點到，但朋友表示好惹味蔥燒羊腩飯有啲似京蔥牛肉既感覺，醬香味濃，羊腩每齊都好大舊，好淋易咬，而且一啲都唔騷餸飯一流
