.《紅棉》呢間大集團嘅中菜估唔到係好難訂,餐廳範圍比較細,只有數十張枱,來自四川邵師傅,令紅棉菜系無集中於中菜其中一方,創新同傳統結合左…$1815@3+10%-沸騰小籠包…麻辣湯嘅小籠包係令我有驚喜,微辣而帶小小花椒香氣-翡翠玉枕…成碟意粉咁,其實係苦瓜絲,食唔慣苦瓜嘅可以試下,配埋上湯茨汁會帶甘甜味,少許苦-浮萍菊花…刀功好,豆腐菊花,我飲到冬蟲草嘅味,好清嘅燉湯感覺-蘆筍蝦餃…大粒清淡,餃皮好薄-高湯牛肉球…好得意,搵個石獅子嘅器皿裝住啲上湯牛肉球,牛肉球食落去好淋滑,連湯都飲埋-蘆筍帶子腸粉…足料,將一條腸粉分三件,每件都有原粒帶子,無腥味-蘋果叉燒酥…粒粒蘋果醬混合埋叉燒粒做餡,減低飽腹同油膩感-香脆海鮮芋角…裏面有帶子粒,芋蓉煮到好綿冇顆粒,減低飽足感-上湯鮮竹卷…呢度係用新鮮腐竹,唔係用炸過或者乾嘅腐竹,我以為上湯係每款點心都一樣,但原來呢款又唔係,飲落去好似雞湯-山楂糕…街外面食呢啲山楂糕或者芝麻糕質感比較黏口糊口,呢到食落去好爽滑,山楂調味唔會過酸,酸甜比例係三比七-玉玲糕…新奇食物,用艾草、牛奶,糯米製成嘅熱甜品,食落去煙韌,加埋脆米脆卜卜,勁好味,我要食十舊我仲未

-沸騰小籠包…麻辣湯嘅小籠包係令我有驚喜,微辣而帶小小花椒香氣

-翡翠玉枕…成碟意粉咁,其實係苦瓜絲,食唔慣苦瓜嘅可以試下,配埋上湯茨汁會帶甘甜味,少許苦

-浮萍菊花…刀功好,豆腐菊花,我飲到冬蟲草嘅味,好清嘅燉湯感覺

-蘆筍蝦餃…大粒清淡,餃皮好薄

-高湯牛肉球…好得意,搵個石獅子嘅器皿裝住啲上湯牛肉球,牛肉球食落去好淋滑,連湯都飲埋

-蘆筍帶子腸粉…足料,將一條腸粉分三件,每件都有原粒帶子,無腥味

-蘋果叉燒酥…粒粒蘋果醬混合埋叉燒粒做餡,減低飽腹同油膩感

-香脆海鮮芋角…裏面有帶子粒,芋蓉煮到好綿冇顆粒,減低飽足感

-上湯鮮竹卷…呢度係用新鮮腐竹,唔係用炸過或者乾嘅腐竹,我以為上湯係每款點心都一樣,但原來呢款又唔係,飲落去好似雞湯

-山楂糕…街外面食呢啲山楂糕或者芝麻糕質感比較黏口糊口,呢到食落去好爽滑,山楂調味唔會過酸,酸甜比例係三比七

-玉玲糕…新奇食物,用艾草、牛奶,糯米製成嘅熱甜品,食落去煙韌,加埋脆米脆卜卜,勁好味,我要食十舊

我仲未住過美利酒店,不過大家住開可以book埋呢間食,至少好味過佢啲西餐…
