To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚飯時間同朋友一齊喺歌賦街，我哋呢晚想簡簡單單食一餐，見到呢間上海菜館，地方雖然唔算大，不過乾淨企理，似乎幾啱呢晚嘅胃口，於是就決定入去開餐😆我哋叫咗兩個 $118嘅「超值一人套餐」，包5款：湯、特色涼菜、主菜、飯麵、飲品，每款基本都有四樣俾你揀😆；我哋咁樣揀😆：湯 - 酸辣湯：呢個湯先上，都幾足材料，有幾多肉絲，湯底亦都幾辣，好味開胃😋特色涼菜- 陳年花雕醉雞（加 $8）：醉雞🐓幾入味又有花雕香😆- 鎮江餚肉：有三件，啖啖肉😆主菜- 弄堂回鍋肉：回鍋肉薄切，炒得香口😋- 古法紅燒肉百頁結：典型傳統上海菜嘅濃油赤醬，真係味道非常濃郁，亦都充滿豬油香，好惹味😆飯麵- 菜飯：我撈咗紅燒肉嘅醬汁，更加好味，好快食晒成碗菜飯😆- 陽春麵：簡單幾好食飲品 - 豆漿：唔係好甜，幾有豆香😆
