得知雲壽司喺中環開咗新店,作為壽司控嘅我當然要去試吓~ 🙆🏻‍♀️同銅鑼灣分店一樣都係以Bar枱為主,可以睇住師傅細心製作壽司,上枱時盡快品嚐,係食壽司最大嘅樂趣呀🤭我揀左Omakase「翔」SHO HK$380🔺包括10貫壽司、1款手卷及麵豉湯🔺由師傅揀選時令嘅魚生做壽司👨🏻‍🍳🔺壽司方面,我當天有 (依上枱次序) 白蝦、帶子、活赤貝、針魚、炙燒金目鯛、炙燒銀雪魚、熟螢光魷魚、海膽、大拖羅、吞拿魚腦天我最喜愛嘅就係炙燒銀鱈魚,輕輕炙燒將油脂迫出嚟,超香,肉質嫩滑~個人覺得唯一失色一點嘅就係螢光魷魚壽司,比較普通,普遍都係用嚟做前菜好似適合啲😝最特別嘅就一定係腦天!係刁鑽部位!吞拿魚頭頂嘅肉,只佔整條魚肉重量的0.5%左右,非常稀少!!🔺手卷方面,我當天有香蔥吞拿魚魚腩蓉手卷,紫菜入邊包住滿滿嘅魚腩蓉,以呢個手卷作為呢一餐嘅尾聲都唔錯!🔺另外絕對要提及嘅係佢哋嘅麵豉湯,飲第一啖已經覺得同平時一式一樣嘅麵豉湯好唔同!多咗一種鮮味!問一問師傅,原來係佢哋加入咗蝦頭去煮,所以多咗蝦殼蝦膏味!超讚!🎶 曾經去雲壽司銅鑼灣分店,當時背景音樂播廣東話歌嘅純音樂+日文歌夾雜,感覺有點怪怪的~ 今次中環

🎶 曾經去雲壽司銅鑼灣分店,當時背景音樂播廣東話歌嘅純音樂+日文歌夾雜,感覺有點怪怪的~ 今次中環分店就做得幾好啦,完全播日文歌,咁樣整體嘅用餐感覺就會更加Jap feel啦🤭
