To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣凍，朋友好想食火鍋，於是揀咗性價比高嘅一鍋堂。揀咗期間限定嘅金湯椰子雞鍋作為湯底，這個湯底不單香濃，還帶有椰子的清甜，十分開胃。這裡的食材選擇相當豐富，我特別點了以下幾樣：日本產黑毛和牛：肉質鮮嫩，入口即化。極上安格斯牛小排牛肉帶有美味的油花，烹煮後的口感非常滑順。手工黑松露墨魚滑充滿黑松露的香氣👍🏻我鐘意手工蟹籽鮮蝦滑手打真係好Q彈。手串鮮海蝦新鮮的海蝦，肉質緊實，煮熟後色澤誘人。真係花膠件追加左幾次，口感非常滑嫩，而家同個湯底好夾。封門柳肉質鮮美，唔錯！壽喜燒黑豚肉好軟嫩，唔洗加醬油都好好味。另外，特別推薦自家製的鴨屎香檸檬茶，味道唔會太甜，而且有茶香。打完邊爐仲有雪糕任食，真的非常滿足！
