To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平日行過大埔中心都見到佢排長龍,所以好少會諗住入去食,見星期日周圍都多人,早少少6點落去碰下運氣,佢又有位喎⋯⋯結果同老婆兩個就去左試下。入面坐落都幾闊,同茶樓差不多,近玻璃窗既枱比人訂晒,所以安排左坐走廊,但都夠晒闊落。我地兩個人叫左一個鍋貼,一個鱔糊湯麵,一個清炒河蝦仁。個鍋貼熱辣辣,入面都幾多肉汁,個鱔糊雖然有啲油左啲,但配個清湯都就啱啱好,中和返油膩既感覺。而個河蝦仁就清清地,爽爽地,配上醋,味道清新。
