To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

開心星期五去左上環食上海野，上海弄堂位置較隱閉，過左門口就miss左。午市套餐唔算貴$100蚊內。陳年花雕醉雞擔擔麵蒜香排骨菜飯回鍋肉菜飯陳年花雕醉雞擔擔麵，醉雞非常入味，酒味滲哂入雞肉裡面，雞肉嫩滑，酒味香濃。蒜香排骨菜飯，外脆內軟，熱辣辣，味道非常野味，菜飯d菜好多，炒出菜油香味。回鍋肉菜飯，辣道唔錯，回鍋肉肥瘦適中，份量多。喺中環用呢個價錢食到咁嘅質素，真心超值。套餐重有豆漿，酸梅湯或甘蔗水送添。
