好耐無去過烏溪沙飲茶,因為食過幾次都覺得麻麻,又唔抵食,所以好一段時間都無去。不過媽咪之前同朋友食過話好食左,今次就帶我去食多次。煎得好靚嘅花枝餅,熱辣辣好好味。個花枝餅唔會好粉,咬落都有啲墨魚粒,加埋香甜嘅粟米好好味。熱辣辣嘅蝦腸,啲蝦好大隻,唔可以話好新鮮,但係至少無雪味同埋都幾鮮甜爽口。不過配生菜就唔係好夾,如果換成韮皇就正(當然韮皇又貴啲喇)。燒鵝瀨,竟然係脾位。啲燒鵝燒得好腍好滑,個皮係脆嘅,超正!個粉同湯就正常。呢個牛根炆得好腍,又係好好味。不過對於佢個汁我就唔係好鐘意,但唔係難食嘅。仲有一舊牛根腩喺入面。最後嘅甜品,呢個椰汁糕十級推介。軟硬度適中,食落好香嘅椰汁味,但係又唔會好甜,勁推介!整體嚟講,食物質素提升左。雖然唔算係好平,不過性價比高,唔叫好貴但好味,同埋夠近,係馬鞍山區最高質嘅酒樓。除左因為全部都係熱辣辣之外,食材都新鮮左,大家可以去試下。

整體嚟講,食物質素提升左。雖然唔算係好平,不過性價比高,唔叫好貴但好味,同埋夠近,係馬鞍山區最高質嘅酒樓。除左因為全部都係熱辣辣之外,食材都新鮮左,大家可以去試下。
