難得與朋友相約晚餐,平時聚會多數去開隔壁街間皮皮鴨酒樓,今晚決定試新野!*片皮鴨*即叫即燒,等左約廿分鐘就有得食,仲係檯側邊片鴨。鴨皮連肉,肥瘦適中,熱辣辣食都唔覺肥,配上甜度適中嘅醬料,正唯一敗筆係麵皮貌似係現成的(不是酒樓自製),所以超厚皮,好難食。*小籠包*一籠十粒,粒粒都皮薄多汁*清炒菜心*菜心當做,所以呢碟菜勁鮮甜!炒得剛好!*賽旁蟹*無想像中咁好食,醋係預先已經加到賽旁蟹中,所以未能嘗到蟹味既鮮甜。另外過多薑絲,每啖都淨係食到薑味咁。*辣子雞*全晚最好食嘅一碟餸,雞肉雖然經過油炸但肉質好嫩滑,辣椒籽散布係每舊雞肉上面,食落超香口!*高力豆沙(細)*一碟有八粒,都唔細粒喎。其他酒樓嘅高力豆沙多數都係食空氣多,但呢度就實心嘅可惜豆沙涵相對來說較少左啲。呢間酒樓全部都係老員工,但佢地好親切,好似幫襯左好耐咁,絕對會令你再回頭

無想像中咁好食,醋係預先已經加到賽旁蟹中,所以未能嘗到蟹味既鮮甜。另外過多薑絲,每啖都淨係食到薑味咁。

*辣子雞*
全晚最好食嘅一碟餸,雞肉雖然經過油炸但肉質好嫩滑,辣椒籽散布係每舊雞肉上面,食落超香口!

*高力豆沙(細)*
一碟有八粒,都唔細粒喎。其他酒樓嘅高力豆沙多數都係食空氣多,但呢度就實心嘅
可惜豆沙涵相對來說較少左啲。

呢間酒樓全部都係老員工,但佢地好親切,好似幫襯左好耐咁,絕對會令你再回頭
