Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次去美味廚已經係好多年前,以前去好似都未有米芝蓮推薦,過左咁多年有朋友講開呢開野,我就話不如一齊去食。以前最記得係海鮮船同佢特別湯底有名,今次來嘅原因係有新湯底,脆脆椰香三杯雞湯,聽完個名,再睇個樣,我就已經忍不住要起筷。椰香當然濃,最正嘅係仲要帶有三杯雞少少嘅辣度,加上大量嘅芋頭,粟米,煲到好濃好杰,好似飲緊腐竹糖水咁,頂層又好似疏乎厘咁,個感覺一飲落去,你係會覺得難忘的類型,呢個湯底可以話係真心有特色,你知道佢一定花好多時間去度呢條橋先會有呢個咁好食嘅製成品。先來兩個小食,脆炸甜不辣同香煎台灣豬肉腸都好有地道感覺,個人都幾喜歡甜不辣,配上辣醬,有走在西門町街上嘅感覺。打邊爐當然要食靚牛,手切雪花牛頸脊當然係本地貨色,肉味濃係必然。當然都有來自日本嘅朋友,日本鹿兒島 A4 肉眼和牛,個種油份唔會太強,又算幾平衡,不會一味死油個隻。朋友唔食牛,點埋日本鹿兒島黑豚肉眼俾佢,份量比牛當然足好多,而且都幾襯嗰三杯雞湯底。話明三杯雞,點會無雞,加了鮮雞落去之後,味道更精彩,仲要有少少酒香。一定不能不吃海鮮拼盤,點了蟶子、鮑魚、大蜆等等嘅海鮮,加咗落個三杯雞湯,再多咗層鮮味,呢度嘅海鮮,價錢唔

話明三杯雞,點會無雞,加了鮮雞落去之後,味道更精彩,仲要有少少酒香。

一定不能不吃海鮮拼盤,點了蟶子、鮑魚、大蜆等等嘅海鮮,加咗落個三杯雞湯,再多咗層鮮味,呢度嘅海鮮,價錢唔算貴,而且來貨比一般嘅火鍋店更好。

三杯雞肉丸加呢個三杯雞湯底,就好似主題樂園必玩某個遊戲一樣,口感幾特別。

不過要講出色嘅丸,酸菜胡椒白肉丸同沙茶醬柯仔釀牛丸 更特別又深刻,個人勁愛酸菜胡椒,剛剛好的胡椒香。

諗唔到丸加鳳梨係乜嘢景象,不過食落又幾好。

菜脯蛋餃同滷肉冬菇豬肉餃都係幾特別嘅項目,實驗性得來又做得唔錯,同樣愛素的又有蟲草花木耳 OmniPork 素豬肉餃可以食。

蔬菜拼盤當然不錯,對比起寬巷子,佢嘅菜一樣咁靚,只係冇寬巷子擺盆咁浮誇。
