To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. We love the causeway bay富臨阿一This is their TST restaurant!Cwb one is 3 star Michelin vs tst is 1 starThis is really really good value of $$!All dishes resemble the cwb one and all very very yummy. The only difference is abalone quality, which is kind of expected (2k hkd vs <500 hkd menu for restaurant week).The 8 dishes menu is really surprisingly good! You can feel chefs spent a lot of effort into each fish. If you want to try cwb one but can’t make up your mind, try this one!The view here i

This is really really good value of $$!
All dishes resemble the cwb one and all very very yummy. The only difference is abalone quality, which is kind of expected (2k hkd vs <500 hkd menu for restaurant week).
The 8 dishes menu is really surprisingly good! You can feel chefs spent a lot of effort into each fish. If you want to try cwb one but can’t make up your mind, try this one!

The view here is really great as well. You have 270 degree Victoria harbor view if you are lucky.
