To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見依間餐廳好似好細咁，一直都無乜留意到，但有同事食過話幾好食，所以今次就去試下。午市大約十二點半都已經坐爆哂，但等位都唔算等好耐，七位等左三個字到就入得。野食選擇都幾多元化最後揀左S3，傳統椰香葡萄牙汁伴美國雞扒拼法蘭克福腸 配薯菜一上碟 賣相唔錯，份量都好多！雞扒整得好好，啲肉好滑而且仲好juicy，個汁椰汁味濃，甜甜地好好味！腸仔就無乜特別嘅，正常水準。但個薯角係最驚喜，整得好好食，個外皮好脆，帶微微嘅鹹味，唔洗點茄汁都已經好正。另外依碟仲有唔少青瓜同椰菜係底，有番啲蔬菜食感覺無咁heavy餐飲就加左$3飲凍檸茶，但原來加$5已經有啲特飲，賣相唔錯，下次要試下！
