天氣轉冷,又是火鍋的季節,今晚便到了佐敦新開的台式火鍋。裝修有點古色古香的風味,設有圓枱及卡位。湯底要了台式麻辣湯拼酸菜白肉鍋$128,台式麻辣湯底比四川的麻辣淡了些,而藥材香味比較濃郁。酸菜白肉鍋,內附白肉一碟,酸菜帶著酸辣味,開胃又好味。吃白肉都不會肥膩。美國桶蠔$168,桶蠔肥美而味道濃郁,是非常配合火鍋之選。安格斯肉眼肥牛$188,肉質偏腍,牛肉味十足,雖然不能和本地牛頸脊相比,不過已經很肥美。 龍躉班肉$168,採用新鮮切開的龍躉班片造成,肉質鮮甜爽口,是推薦之選。手打五寶丸拼盤丸(10粒)$108,有鯪魚丸、豬肉丸、牛肉丸、蝦丸、墨魚丸,其中以蝦丸、豬肉丸最為好味。日式油豆腐$38,雖然外表有點像中國的豆腐卜,不過吃落鬆軟而且入味。炸厚切午餐肉$58,午餐肉是我每次火鍋必點的,午餐肉吸收了湯底味道夠豐富。萵筍$58,這個萵筍我比較喜歡放湯時間長一點,因為又腍又鮮甜。
