To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

經過一風堂見到推出咗：期間限定 「大判和牛清湯拉麵」&「卵 •和牛味噌鐵板餃子」我呢個拉麵控梗係要入去食番碗😆呢碗「大判和牛清湯拉麵」用咗澳洲 M6-7 慢煮和牛，肉質鮮嫩，多肉汁好juicy。每一啖都散發住濃郁和牛脂香，帶嚟細膩嘅享受同滿足感！湯底有清香嘅和牛味拉麵口感彈牙。絕對係一碗完美嘅拉麵😋「卵 •和牛味噌鐵板餃子」和牛味噌鐵板餃子由澳洲和牛加上香濃味噌嘅餃子放喺鐵板上自己加入日本蛋漿後，喺鐵板上精心煎煮，香噴噴嘅蛋香同和牛脂香，餃子外脆內軟食落好滋味。估唔到呢個煮法原來咁好食😋仲叫咗兩杯檸檬國寶茶茶味帶點微甘同檸檬味好夾。好飲。
