To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工好攰，唔想行咁遠，行附近選左間麵食～A+B+C+D（＄１０３）Ａ瘋狂牛肉麵（加肥腸少麻少辣）牛肉麵用了美國牛腱肉，以紅燒的方法來烹調，牛肉夠哂稔又濃味！肥腸都好食，夠滑嫩又大舊～湯底都唔錯，夠濃香，加埋少麻少辣，非常惹味真的又香又辣！而麵線煮得剛好，有口感！Ｂ烏梅汁酸酸甜甜又開胃，解渴，必點！Ｃ夫妻肺片+＄３２夫妻肺片片大而薄，麻辣濃香～係幾好食！若果份量再多D會更好！Ｄ成都老冰粉質感似大菜糕，透明既，食落嫩滑的，配埋糖漿食，味道就剛好～配料有芝麻、花生、糯米、提子乾、山楂、味道豐富！
