To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢日行尖沙咀行街,行到攰攰地,我同個friend都想去食川菜,於是就去咗小魚兒。呢度地方夠晒寬敞,仲有啲魚仔嘅擺設,好有特色。老壇酸菜豆花海鱸魚:海鱸魚肉質鮮嫩,食落好滑,酸菜爽口,豆花的滑嫩,成都加埋啲配料,酸酸辣辣,我最鍾意係嗰啲薯粉,夠晒煙靭,簡直食唔停口。椒鹽魷魚鬚:魷魚鬚外酥內嫩,經過椒鹽調味,好香,味道啱啱好!我哋都爭住食😋辣炒椰菜椰菜炒得又香又爽脆,充滿四川嘅風味,辣辣地,食落醒神又開胃。
