To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約左朋友食午餐，就佢工作地點近近地揀左尖沙咀呢間西餐廳。Lunch set選擇幾多， 仲包湯或沙律，仲有飲品同甜品添呀。我揀左是日餐湯栗子忌廉湯，朋友揀左三文魚沙律伴日式洋蔥汁。粟子忌廉湯幾滑，三文魚沙律清爽，日式洋蔥汁出色，唔會太酸，好開胃。追加餐包牛角包好鬆脆，牛油味香，好想食多2件香煎阿拉斯加比目魚柳，伴薯菜魚柳好厚肉，煎得魚皮香脆，帶有魚油香味，魚肉嫰滑，只有幾條大魚骨，無幼骨，可以食得安心。薯菜唔係平時嘅薯仔，而係小甜薯同雜菜，味道不錯。烤西班牙栗飼豬鞍排伴蜜桃莎莎伴薯菜豬鞍排好大件，豬肉白裏透紅，油脂較少，如果蜜桃莎莎份量再多一點，味道更濃，就更滿足了。烤大啡菇配黑醋汁一上枱醋味好香，但大啡菇外表好似燶左咁，以為味道差，原來唔係㗎，大啡菇好jucy，同黑醋汁好夾，有驚喜。跟餐仲有2杯飲品同是日甜品，藍莓布甸，好滿足呀慢工出細貨，上菜速度唔特別快，要俾啲耐性呀

豬鞍排好大件，豬肉白裏透紅，油脂較少，如果蜜桃莎莎份量再多一點，味道更濃，就更滿足了。
