To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去完永安百貨,搵下附近有咩食,朋友推介尼間拉麵店員安排了我地二人坐師傅面前,可以睇住佢地整拉麵😚自己畫紙落單,客人可以依據自己既喜愛選擇麵的幼度、硬度、叉燒既種類同配料。👍如果冇preference 又可以選廚師推介櫻花濃蝦拉麵($88)我選了火炙肥叉燒、普通中幼麵、走蔥,另加一隻溏心蛋($10)。超多櫻花蝦,湯底好濃但又唔會好咸!肥叉燒真係好正,油脂入口即溶!但可以再大塊d就好啦🤩溏心蛋都超正,整得岩岩好!

櫻花濃蝦拉麵($88)
我選了火炙肥叉燒、普通中幼麵、走蔥,另加一隻溏心蛋($10)。超多櫻花蝦,湯底好濃但又唔會好咸!肥叉燒真係好正,油脂入口即溶!但可以再大塊d就好啦🤩溏心蛋都超正,整得岩岩好!
