To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

傳統甜蝦醬蔬果花生沙律，醬汁正是靈魂所在，集甜、酸、脆於一身，夏日清涼開胃的前菜。海鮮炒貴叼十分足料，有大大顆鮮蝦、帶子、臘肉，黑醬油炒得陣陣香氣扑鼻，鑊氣十足。黑醬油炒蘿蔔糕，蘿蔔糕裹滿了醬汁，連同碎雞蛋一齊炒的，口感軟糯帶點辣。馬來特色炸豆腐酥脆可口而又綿軟滑嫩,佐以馬來式調料的襯托，好味。香炒咖哩大蝦，6隻大大的蝦子被覆蓋在濃郁醇厚的咖哩汁中，令人食指大動。
