每次一諗起打邊爐,總是第一時間閃起呢間,原因太簡單,牛肉非常之吸引,雖然好多地方都打正旗號主打手切肥牛,可是我偏鍾意呢到既多部位食法。除了肥牛外,其餘火鍋料都好新鮮,價錢一般啦,最重要湯底D味道好岩我地一班人。一坐低,先order了一碟牛脊,諗佢油脂分佈平均兼有牛味,放入海底椰湯底灼一灼,軟滑滋味。就係因為肥牛掂,所以追加了牛柳粒,發現都好好味,亦試過了之前網友的食法,5mins,15mins同30mins,哈哈,好可惜,我地每次都等不到30mins,不過如果鍾意食濃味既牛粒的話,5mins絕對夠,因為好稔又充滿牛味。另外,估唔到豬潤係咁好食,好大份,食落去有黃沙豬潤的感覺。皇帝菜同炸腐竹唔可以唔食,炸腐竹放入湯唔多過3秒,食到外軟內脆既口感,皇帝菜好新鮮,而且唔係間間都有供應,味道有少少似唐"O",不過係更加嫩滑版,食落一d渣都無。更多圖片:http://hk.myblog.yahoo.com/zysk-c/article?mid=766

就係因為肥牛掂,所以追加了牛柳粒,發現都好好味,亦試過了之前網友的食法,5mins,15mins同30mins,哈哈,好可惜,我地每次都等不到30mins,不過如果鍾意食濃味既牛粒的話,5mins絕對夠,因為好稔又充滿牛味。
