Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 環境舒適闊落,幾有懷舊日本感覺。海膽吞拿魚壽司海膽美味、吞拿魚也鮮味,大滿足。八爪魚沙律八爪魚爽口唔韌,配埋啲柚子汁,酸酸甜甜幾開胃。上湯揚豆腐滑滑地,湯底鮮美,很開胃。再嚟就係串燒,雞翼外脆內嫩,牛肉靈芝菇味道濃郁,搭配得幾好。牛肉石頭燒飯熱熱地上,牛肉香噴噴,配上飯好有滋味。炸蟹肉忌廉球外脆內軟,蟹肉味道唔錯,雞唐揚炸得金黃,咬落去好Juicy,好味道。飲品方面,我試咗荔枝梳打同巨峰燒酒梳打,清新又唔膩。最後,善之水Sake都幾順口。整體來講,餐廳嘅食物都幾合我胃口環境也舒適,值得一試!
