To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 與朋友相約食早餐,又要揾一個價錢唔貴又可以坐得耐既地方。經研究後,決定黎左呢間餐廳。佢既早餐有15個選擇,仲有2款係扒餐。不過早餐食扒實在令我地覺得太肥膩了。於是久經選擇下,終於選了這個雞扒滑蛋公仔麵。雞扒係用黑椒醃過,並沒有肥膏,不過雞皮就一d都唔脆,所以冇食到。雞扒下面用椰菜放底,以免雞扒味道被湯浸淡。滑蛋是傳統滑蛋,切開時仍然有蛋汁流出,並不會太乾身。實在是頗好的早餐選擇。公仔麵煮得較彈身,亦是很好。至於華田落水落得多,感覺很淡。
