今天同朋友約好去到一間明星酒尖沙咀頂好海鮮酒家吃晚飯。我哋點左以下菜式紅燒乳鴿,中蝦,蒜蓉西蘭花,燒味雙拼(叉燒,燒腩仔),菜膽螺頭炖豬展湯。先來一個皮蛋酸菜:酸姜少少辣野味可口。皮蛋口感同味道都好好,少少流既口感一絕。紅燒乳鴿:皮脆肉嫩,外皮夠香脆。肉質新鮮肉滑。中蝦:蝦肉肉質好,海蝦同養蝦真係好大分別。海蝦實肉爽口彈牙,鮮味十足。蒜蓉西蘭花:新鮮西蘭花,加入大量蒜蓉炒香味十足。蒜蓉配炒菜係一流配合。燒味雙拼(叉燒,燒腩仔):叉燒夠淋,肉質好好香蜜糖味道,燒得夠香口。燒腩仔脆皮香口,肉質好。菜膽螺頭炖豬展湯:炖湯清甜可口,足料老火湯一飲就知。豬展肉淋就咁食都好正。螺頭夾口鮮甜。仲有個馬尼糕,芝麻餅都係好好味。馬拉糕鬆軟可口。
