今日和朋友逛尖沙咀,買完野,晚上去了尖沙咀一間老字號的酒家食晚飯,酒家內幾本都坐滿客人,環境都幾寬敞舒適。清湯蘿蔔牛坑腩,牛坑腩質素幾好,肉質緊緻彈牙,嫩滑不柴,牛味濃郁,以清湯煮最合適。蘿蔔清甜軟滑,可謂牡丹綠業相輝映。海蜇涼伴山東雞,都好大碟,份量十足,海蜇爽口,無需太多調味,涼伴手撕雞有半隻,雞肉香嫩惹味,令人增加食慾。山賊石鍋生蠔,雖然不知道和山賊有什麼關係,但聞到香噴噴已流口水,生蠔都幾大隻,入口肉汁滿滿,以石鍋上,熱辣辣,又香又惹味,真係唔停得口。乳豬叉燒雙拼,乳豬皮超脆,沒有太多肥膏,不會覺膩。叉燒半肥瘦最好食,軟滑得來又有口感,沒想到這店的燒味都幾有水準。梅菜蒸菜心,平日比較少這樣煮,蒸菜心保留了菜的甘甜,口感爽嫩,加上梅菜,更豐富了口感,而且不會鹹,味道恰到好處。馬拉糕好鬆軟,熱辣辣,淡淡糖香,不會過甜,難怪見好多枱客人都有點。

又到聖誕!又到聖誕! 今日跟老婆在尖沙咀看完聖誕燈飾,老婆喜歡吃粵菜,就來到了一家海鮮酒家用晚飯。店的位置在尖沙咀B出口建設銀行旁邊不遠的地庫,位置不太顯眼,要細心留意。店內的擺設和裝修跟一般酒樓的差不多。我們點了叉燒和燒腩仔雙拼、雲耳百合炒淮山耦片及菜膽螺頭炖豬展湯。這裏的叉燒很厚切,有蜜味,而且肉質不粗糙,而燒腩仔金黃色的外皮,很脆,每一件都有一小粒的肥,但以瘦肉為主,吃起來的口感會較為鬆化,帶點咸味,不像外面吃的很淡沒味道,帶點油花香味但不會覺得一絲的膩感。青菜我們點了雲耳百合炒淮山耦片,雲耳爽口,百合清甜,淮山和耦片炒得較乾身入味,健康之選。最后來一客菜膽螺頭炖豬展湯,湯渣有菜乾、螺頭、雞腳、豬展肉,十分足料。湯極為清甜滋潤,一煲基本人每人可以分3小碗,喝完十分滿足。雖然是簡單的一頓飯菜,但味道覺得十分不錯, 已經很滿足了。

呢間酒樓成日行彌敦道都會經過 今次終於有機會入去一試呢度嘅前菜小食係酸薑皮蛋 而唔係坊間平時有嘅花生 都幾特別 酸酸甜甜開下胃 翡翠帶子桂花蚌 帶子同桂花蚌到好鮮甜 桂花蚌就爽口有口感 翡翠就係荷蘭豆而唔係平時成日配嘅西蘭花山賊石鍋生蠔 石鍋夠哂熱 上枱嘅時候咋咋聲 裏面總共有六隻大桶蠔 肉質肥厚啖啖肉 一咬開就爆汁 而個汁煮得好香 即使只係食啲配料京蔥薑片都好食燒鵝雙拼 - 叉燒&燒鵝 燒鵝係有皮嘅 食落去係油脂豐滿而酥脆 啲肉亦有肉汁 雖然畀我哋嘅位置唔係脾位 但係都好味 叉燒就半肥瘦 食落都算鬆軟唔會乾柴 加埋蜜汁鹹鹹甜甜 送飯一流另外仲叫咗是日例湯 係五指毛桃猴頭菇煲豬展 飲落去好順口 而且非常足料
