To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚餐去了Chatterbox Cafe食新加坡菜，餐廳喺k11 musea， 好方便！ 咸蛋雞翼4隻 雞翼好大隻, 咸蛋黃味香濃，外皮炸得好香脆，架雞翼嫩滑👍🏻 星州雜菜煲配白飯 🥒🥬🍆唔想食太多肉類， 見有雜菜報煲都唔錯！ 雜菜煲唔辣比較清淡，雜菜煲好豐富， 有秋葵，矮瓜， 紅蘿蔔， 蘑菇同白菜仔等都幾新鮮！ 特別係豆腐甜甜哋幾好食！ 傳統甜蝦醬蔬果花生沙律🍍🥜沙律有青瓜，  菠蘿，  馬蹄及石榴，酸酸甜甜！ 仲有油炸鬼，好香脆，加埋花生碎令蔬果更有口感！ 斑蘭蛋糕伴椰子雪糕 🍨斑蘭蛋糕鬆軟，唔甜，配香濃椰子雪糕味道剛剛好！
