今晚試左米芝連文興酒家😍點了幾道菜,其中最讓我印象深刻的是文興招牌櫻桃鴨!鴨肉烤得恰到好處,外皮酥脆,肉質鮮嫩,再加上櫻桃的甜味,讓整道菜色香味具佳。另一道大蝦雜果沙律。沙律的大蝦非常新鮮,口感十分爽脆,搭配上色彩繽紛的水果,讓人看了就覺得食慾大開。韭黃花膠瑤柱羹的湯汁清澈,口感滑順,花膠和瑤柱的鮮味融合在一起,讓人回味無窮。X.O.醬翡翠炒鮮魷的鮮魷炒得剛剛好,加上X.O.醬的調味,味道香辣可口,非常下飯。最後一道菜是冰梅醬燒骨,骨肉分離,肉質鮮嫩多汁,搭配上冰梅醬的酸甜口感,非常開胃。而且招呼十分到位,有禮客氣。總體來說,這家餐廳的菜品都很精緻美味,值得一試。
