To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳主打海南雞飯同喇沙，仲有好多特色地道菜式，地方好闊落，空間感好大，環境優雅寧靜，仲擺咗好多植物。店員好nice，用手機掃個QR code就可以落單，好方便㗎！海南雞飯好有特色嘅新加坡菜餐廳，招牌是這個海南雞飯，唔錯，啲食物擺得靚仔。招牌菜海南雞飯，真係，啲雞皮滑到不得了，雞肉滑又唔會過火，啲飯好香，啲醬料仲正到不得了，薑蓉辣醬淋落去，真係提鮮。湯亦濃郁嘅香，令人難以忘懷，有豆腐的，嘩，一啖落去，完全係另一個層次。蠔仔旦香辣醬汁蠔仔煎旦餅，另一番滋味，外層剛剛好，不會太膩，旦香內軟，微辣得嚟又唔會蓋過旦味。港式紅豆涼粉刨冰配雪糕一陣陣椰香味撲鼻，顏色顯出甜度，味道香，刨冰滿滿椰奶香。精緻之擺盤，吃著順滑奶香之雪糕上枱時的食物令人驚喜，棒喔
