上星期去了尖沙咀一間酒樓吃晚飯,主打香港懷舊手工菜及海鮮,當晚都有不少客人,我們當晚的晚餐有: -冰川咕嚕肉這個十分特別,咕嚕肉放在冰上,冰鎮咕嚕肉,冰火交融,保持了咕嚕肉的爽脆,很香甜-糯米飯天氣涼最適合食糯米飯了! 份量多,很多花生在面,糯米飯口感不錯,配臘腸、蛋絲和蔥很香-淮山百合炒勝瓜這道菜很清新,簡單炒香淮山百合和勝瓜就很香很清甜-百花煎肉餅原來這道用了馬友來和蝦膠製成的肉餅,味道十分濃郁,充滿鹹香-沙薑焗雞是類似啫啫雞煲般,以沙薑來焗,很香,雞肉很惹味-蝦多士一碟有四件,很久沒有食過這道料理了,是少見的港式懷舊菜,蝦多士很香脆
