To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得去到馬鞍山,當然要找好嘢吃,但朋友說原來馬鞍山是美食沙漠,令我有點失望。但突然給我看見一間潮式食肆,原來很久沒吃潮洲菜了,好,入去試試。這店門口較少,但原來入面都算大,裝修簡約、美觀,坐得舒適。侍應態度非常好,又親切。看餐牌,食物款式多,好吸引,樣樣都想試。沙爹炒牛肉,沙爹醬味道濃郁,牛肉入味,西蘭花爽口。滷水鵝四拼盤,有鵝片、紅腸、五花腩、鵝腎,還有滷水蛋和豆腐,份量多,滷水汁份量剛剛好,不會太鹹。蠔仔粥,一碗的份量都不少,兩人食剛剛好,蠔仔份量多,加上冬菇絲和方魚,口感十足。無論食店設計、舒適度、食物質素,都值得再次回味。
