To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

訂咗間房係6樓既美味廚，今次唔食小菜食火鍋。一行10人，order 左2個爐（2個湯底)：一個麻辣、一個自家製零味精濃雞湯。佢啲湯底好用心，麻辣湯好香花椒味，食落亦都唔油；而個雞湯都真係食得出零味精、冇乜油，我哋幾個仲一人一碗湯飲😋推介食物花雕秘醃手切雪花牛頸脊 - 好香酒味都重肉味，好特別嘅肥牛，牛肉多，雪花得來亦都唔油膩自家製北京填鴨餃 - 好Juicy亦都好香，唔建議烚太耐鴨血 - 一早落落去個麻辣湯底度，最後先食，鴨血勁入味其他食物都唔錯，不過服務有待改善，但咁嘅價錢算係咁啦
