燒牛就食得多,燒羊你又試過未?最近發現銅鑼灣開咗間新嘅燒肉店,主打多達10款唔同部位嘅羊肉,除此之外亦提供A5黑毛和牛同豚肉,整體裝潢優雅,座位唔多但感覺闊落,價錢合理,絕對值得到訪一試☺️前菜有洋蔥沙津,來自淡路島,味道清甜,配上柚子醋令到整體感覺更加fresh~ 之後到小食,店員推介羊肉餃子,同坊間嘅做法好唔同,羊肉切到一粒粒而唔係絞碎佢,加埋芹菜、蓮藕可增加脆度,餃子外脆內juicy,特別又美味!燒物方面當然要試試呢度嘅羊,燒肉前會先放上洋蔥,一路燒肉嘅時候洋蔥就可以吸收肉汁,爽口又清甜,正!我哋總共要叫四個部位,羊頸柳肉質柔軟,帶點細筋,肥瘦適中、肉味同油脂感最低、羊臀肉上面有層油脂包住,肉味香濃,可以同時feel到脂肪同肉嘅雙重享受😎羊架賣相十分可愛,啖啖肉,食落香嫩多汁,肉味更濃,同出面食到嘅真係好唔一樣🤣 個人最喜歡羊西冷,價錢亦係最貴,肉質柔軟,嫩滑,完全唔羶~ 羊肉可搭配自家調配嘅羊肉汁,以鰹魚做base,但其實唔點已經夠曬味道!燒完肉就到主食~ 羊肉湯以1/4嘅黑草羊熬製20幾個鐘而成,湯底清甜,入口順滑,暖胃,裏面仲有羊肉、蘿蔔、洋蔥等配菜,滋味無窮☺️ 另外不得不點

燒完肉就到主食~ 羊肉湯以1/4嘅黑草羊熬製20幾個鐘而成,湯底清甜,入口順滑,暖胃,裏面仲有羊肉、蘿蔔、洋蔥等配菜,滋味無窮☺️ 另外不得不點呢度嘅羊肉咖喱飯,咖喱醬汁偏甜,羊肉絲十分細膩,米飯採用北海道夢美人,口感軟糯,加埋秘製辣粉令到整體味道昇華咗呀~
