今晚突然想吃燒鵝,路經尖沙咀“棋子燒鵝”,一於入去試試。看過餐牌後,我和老公決定點選一個二人套餐($248),套餐包括:🦢燒鵝(例牌)~燒鵝燒得皮脆肉嫰,外皮脆卜卜,肉味濃郁,令人齒頰留香。🐷燒腩仔(例牌)~燒腩仔製作認真,是正宗五層肉。外皮卜卜脆,肉質美味,蘸上黃芥茉後味道更突出。🥬油菜~油菜嫩綠爽口。🍚/🍜白飯及瀨粉各一碗~瀨粉和燒鵝絕對是最佳拍檔,鵝油滲入瀨粉後,令瀨粉更美味。🥣/🍋🥃例湯及凍檸茶~湯足料,喝得出無味精。原來餐廳於香港自設燒鵝工場,非中央醃製,堅持採用5斤4两重的無生養母鵝。鵝更是即場於餐廳燒,難怪這麼新鮮!
