To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

美味燒肉可惜店員服務仍需訓練

約左班朋友飯聚，大家聖誕佳節各有各忙，要到聖誕過後才見面!朋友介紹這間燒肉店，今次點左2個二人餐，燒肉美味牛肉入口即溶，跟餐還有食，湯同甜品，非常飽，天氣寒冷實在滿足!不過店員的服務仍需訓練，事緣我地坐梳化位，中途朋友要去洗手間，所以我行出去讓路，剛好店員在整理一堆已用過的燒網時錯手跌左出黎，撞到我但並沒有道歉後行開，事後我發現我的襪弄污了……幸好是冬天著厚襪，不知道烤網是否還熱哩!店員服務有待改善吧!
