大埔真係就好多好嘢食,之前睇雜誌介紹呢間傳統粉麵舖,今日就黎試試。餐廳位於東昌街,係廣福道一轉入去就見到,非常易搵。今日兩點幾黎到,已經可以食下午茶,粉麵三十幾至四十幾蚊不等,亦可以加錢轉雙拼,都算抵食。今日唔食牛腩,試呢個招牌牛三寶配黑松露雲吞河,粉麵有少量蔥花,炸蒜及芫茜佐味,湯頭味道濃郁,飲得出無味精,河粉唔會煮得過淋,牛三寶分別係牛膀,金錢肚及牛筋,當中牛筋煮得好淋好入味。黑松露雲吞都係第一次試,入口濃濃黑松露味,蝦亦爽口彈牙,值得一試。睇返其他食評,先知有牛沙瓜食,有機會真係要試下。
