To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跟家人放工後在大埔到處逛逛,晚飯時間到,老媽提議吃上海菜,便決定到此試試。一坐下老媽興致勃勃看餐牌,便由她發板好了。*雞絲粉皮,粉皮口感煙韌,青瓜清新,麻醬濃度剛好,最重要的是夠凍。*醉雞,上海菜必食!!以往在其他上海餐館吃的多為碟上。這間以碗上的好處是確保每雞件都能均勻地浸在绍興酒中。雞則嫰而入味,十分好吃!!*擔擔面,比較遜色的一道菜。湯底為呈暖。味道淡而無味,欠缺麻醬的香及色。*招牌生煎包,底部金脆,咬一口有肉汁流出。*黑醋排骨,最好吃的一道菜。酸度適中,芡汁呈漿狀,骨感實而入味,必用了新鮮排骨,否則骨會呈粉狀。外皮脆而可口。必食推介!!
