To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 某月某日看見報紙內的廣告加優惠券, 太吸引了, 幾經辛苦抽出時間終於可以一嘗 。一口氣叫晒三個懷舊歲月經典茶餐(2個豬扒包、餐蛋公仔麵、燒鴨瀨粉)及一個或迷你茶餐(就係俾佢個迷你字眼呃左, 以為好少), 即送碗仔翅或咖喱三寶各一盒, 前後4個贈品+4杯涷飲, 三人吃果然好飽 ! 豬扒包味道很好, 包好鬆化, 略嫌唔熱, 有點可惜 ! 而翅仔就味道可以, 若附上胡椒粉及醋就好好多,其他味道都好好味, 這間廚師保留水準, 值得再次去幫襯 。可惜, 屋企人去在購買前未行埋去已見到個咀喵喵瘦削的收銀員, 今日天氣唔好黑口黑面, 還是太多客人做到嬲就不可而知, 難道生意好而唔開心 ?

豬扒包味道很好, 包好鬆化, 略嫌唔熱, 有點可惜 ! 而翅仔就味道可以, 若附上胡椒粉及醋就好好多,其他味道都好好味, 這間廚師保留水準, 值得再次去幫襯 。
