今天女朋友不用上班,和我一齊去吃天丼。這家食店的內部裝修新,環境清潔,店員有禮。免費黑豆茶,茶味香,黑豆味輕微。前菜柚子蘿蔔和海帶酸薑,酸味加薑味,很開胃。松葉蟹天丼196元。(溫)迷你天丼&稻庭烏冬118元。海老天婦羅(2隻)38元。江戶時代天丼的天婦羅與一般天婦羅不同,江戶時代的傳統做法是會在天婦羅上淋上醬汁,令每件天婦羅都沾上醬汁。天丼的天婦羅色澤相對較深且麻油氣味較香,原因是以日本特製高級胡麻油去炸。天婦羅雖然沾有醬汁,但是仍可感受到部份香脆。松葉蟹肉鮮甜。魷魚爽口。溫泉蛋滑順濕潤,劃開蛋黃緩緩流出。海苔香口。莢碗豆翠綠。菇菌鮮甜。南瓜軟綿綿,味道甜。海老肉彈牙。白米飯軟滑可口。柚子味道清新,酸酸甜甜。麵豉湯味道正常。稻庭烏冬可自由配搭五種配料:葱花、海藻、鰹魚花、天婦羅碎和溫泉蛋,烏冬幼身彈牙。
