To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

屯門碼頭咁多餐聽，有時唔知食咩好，有次聽人講依間餐廳啲嘢幾好食，所以，趁住有下午茶時間，就試一試矩我同男朋友都好肚餓，矩又話想食辣野，於是乎，我地叫左個豚肉辛辣麵同埋腩肉丼飯。等食既時候，其實我都見倒好多人食矩啲辛辣麵，心諗，應該唔會點錯，嘻嘻等左差不多十分鐘，兩個餐終於都到豚肉辛辣麵 - 當然係用我地平時食開果個牌子。煮得剛剛好，麵質唔會過淋。豚肉係好似平時打邊爐果種豚肉片，湯底好明顯沒有加曬啲湯粉，因為已經用豚肉啲湯，所以，有啲鮮甜味。腩肉丼飯 - 腩肉煎得好香口，配上珍珠米，份外好味。

腩肉丼飯 - 腩肉煎得好香口，配上珍珠米，份外好味。
