一個月總有幾日好想食牛腩河 、炸魚皮和油菜,路過旺角彌敦道「九鼎記粉麵世家」已經聞到浸香味 ,而且見到人氣滿滿,梗係要即刻入去朝聖😋▪️招牌雙沙河最愛吃崩沙腩幾驚賣晒,好彩仲有,點嘅時候姐姐推介我試吓佢哋嘅招牌雙沙河,有崩沙腩和牛沙瓜,說是很少地方可以吃到,崩沙腩是筋膜連少少肉半肥瘦 ,入口充滿牛脂香超美味,牛沙瓜第一次食,口感爽口又粉嫩,蛋白質超豐富,配上河粉和香蔥,加少少辣椒油和香醋,就是我時常掛念的味道▪️牛魔王飯牛雜愛好者必食,有齊牛肚、牛筋、牛腸、牛肺 、牛膀、牛腩,所有材料軟腍入味 ,仲有生菜墊底,配上香飯特別再加埋腩汁,超級美味▪️炸魚皮大大份厚身又香脆,口感酥脆可口,就咁食或者放湯一樣嘅美味▪️芥蘭叫咗湯粉加$12就可以享用蔬菜一客,點可以坐過,芥蘭翠綠爽口,加上腩汁,簡單又美味
