To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 從小就喜歡一家人去飲茶, 儘管好似街市咁嘈, 但這種熱鬧氣氛從不生厭。舊式推車仔, 更深得我心。茶癮起,決定郅美心重拾推車仔點心的感覺~我最愛的點心車!! 講多無謂, 去片看點心~愛吃叉燒酥全因小時候吃過~外皮鬆化, 餡又多~~但這叉燒酥外皮不算鬆化, 而且餡不juicy. 面頭也没有甜甜的蜜糖......令人有點失望 但還是比其他茶樓好吃的~百花紫菜卷外皮鬆脆,肉爽口!!每口也吃都紫菜的美味~~有趣的配搭吸引了我來試~龍蝦湯很濃, 很鮮味~没有過咸~而且與鮮竹卷很匹配~ 一個很好的組合呢!!因男朋對蝦敏感, 轉戰帶子腸. 現在很多酒樓都偷工減料, 每條腸粉的餡料由3份減至2份, 甚至縮短腸粉....很感動, 這裡一條腸粉仍有3粒帶子~但腸粉可以再滑一點!很久没吃了~充滿芋頭香味, 糯米飯很結實~~燒賣有點遜色...蝦雖足料, 但肉質有點鬆散, 不爽口.雖然主張支持小店, 但有點心車的酒樓因為加租/不續約等各種原因愈來愈少, 這連鎖經營的酒樓仍把點心車保留著, 是我幫襯的最大因由~
