To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有一天，我們在花墟行吓時，到咗夜晚就去咗醫肚啦，經過咗西式意粉點就入咗去，這個環境的確唔錯，到咗夜晚6點，就越嚟越多人排隊啦，我呼籲大家如果唔想排隊6點前入餐廳😉，這個服務態度十分好，老闆好有禮貌地回答問題，我叫咗 D餐（黑松露海鮮忌廉儈意粉$92），晚餐可能用料貴啲所以尚算合理，這個套餐包含中西湯及熱飲，我就叫左中湯，湯十分有益，而我朋友嗌咗C餐（蜜莎豬助骨 伴蛋包飯$92）份量相當充足，又濃郁，真係食唔停口，另外這間不收服務費，價錢相當合理
