To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是lunch日又唔知食咩,於是同同事黎葵涌廣場搵食,今次選左小雨天,其實都成日食架啦,今日食左樣野搞到我好鬼想寫佢既!先講主食啦,叫左椰菜豬肉餃配上海麵,個湯清清地,可以接受。椰菜豬肉餃內函飽滿,鮮甜,個人最愛沾上少許醋及辣椒油,椰菜豬肉餃的鮮味會更突出!到令我覺得特別要寫佢既野食黎啦!賣相好恐怖,每一塊肉切的口度角度大小不一,師父切的時候是否把眼睛閉上呢?蒜泥方面不夠碎,只是將生蒜隨便切過後,再加上枱面上同類的辣椒油而已。因此蒜泥白肉只有些微咸味,入口那下口感實在驚恐。所以即使椰菜豬肉餃鮮味,是次我只會俾OK。請加以改進蒜泥白肉。
