好久沒有同後天家人一起吃飯,今晚便挑選了一間歷史悠久的海鮮酒家。避風塘鮑魚五隻,鮑魚軟硬適中,帶點嚼勁而又不會太硬,慢慢咀嚼會吃到鮑魚的鮮甜味道,蒜蓉經過炸香之後,混合了韭菜的香味,是香港避風塘獨有的特色。菜膽螺頭燉豬展湯,湯底味道香甜,每人都有兩碗,材料充足,熬製時間頗長,物有所值。西蘭花帶子,帶子生熟程度適中,味道鮮甜,加點蝦醬更難帶出奇海鮮的味道。燒鵝雙拼,燒鵝肥瘦適中,鵝肉鮮嫩可口,磨皮香脆。叉燒軟腍腍可口,味道正宗,想不到這裏的燒味沒有令人失望。芝麻餅,芝麻香脆可口,味道香濃,配合香脆的餅底,更加美味可口。紅豆沙,帶點果皮的香氣,甜度適中,作為飯後甜品,非常合適。
