今天一行三人去三日月吃午餐,慶祝生日。每道菜都會有職員講解,和精美擺盤,然後再上菜,有別於其他餐廳,廚師直接把食物放在鐵板前的碟子上。龍蝦煎香後,鮮味十足,用了龍蝦膏製作醬汁,食到lam lam 脷。 加了蟶子王,本身的鮮甜味特出。牛肉卷有些肥肉,廚師很好,在失要求下把肥肉切走。炒飯亦十分特別,有蝦乾 魚乾的香味,伴以微酸的梅醬。餐廳也很細心,我只在訂座時提及是為了生日,餐廳自己留意到是誰生日,送上生日甜點,十分驚喜。環境整潔乾淨,服務細心,非常好。
